Recent economic downturns, a transient population and changing demographics have presented apartment mangers and maintenance personnel with significant challenges in maintaining and running a complex.

Keizer Fire District acknowledges these issues and is in the process of developing an apartment cooking safety and smoke detector program targeting the devastating effects of fire through prevention.
